Get-LoansUSA.com provides loan referral services and related content through its website and mobile applications (collectively, the "Service"). All access and use of the Service is subject to the terms and conditions below. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, do not use the Service.

Important: These Terms contain an agreement to arbitrate. With limited exception, you submit claims against us to binding and final arbitration on an individual basis — not as part of any class action.

Loan Referral Service

Our Service connects consumers with prospective lenders in our network ("Lender Partners"). To use the Service, you must complete an online Request Form providing personal information including your name, address, telephone number, email address, social security number, bank account information, and employment information.

Credit Decisions

Get-LoansUSA.com is not a lender and does not make loans or credit decisions. We do not guarantee that any Lender Partner will offer you a loan or that any loan offer will contain specific terms. We do not guarantee that rates or terms offered by Lender Partners are the best available in the market.

Once you submit a Request Form, we share your information with Lender Partners. By submitting, you agree that Get-LoansUSA.com and Lender Partners may contact you by email, telephone, SMS, and direct mail to assist in processing your application or to provide information about additional offers.

Lender Partners may perform a credit check — either a Hard Check (which affects your credit score) or a Soft Check (which does not). These may be performed through TransUnion, Equifax, Experian, or alternative credit reporting agencies such as Microbilt, Teletrack, DP Bureau, or DataX.

Electronic Disclosure

By submitting your Request Form, you agree to receive notifications, disclosures, and other communications electronically from both Get-LoansUSA.com and Lender Partners. If connected to a Lender Partner, they may require you to execute an electronic loan contract, which is as binding as a paper contract, and your electronic signature is as valid as a physical signature.

Accuracy

You represent that all information you provide through your Request Form is accurate and truthful. If information is found to be inaccurate, Get-LoansUSA.com may deny, suspend, or terminate your use of the Service.

Disclaimers & Limitations

The Website and all associated information, software, products, and services are provided "as is." Get-LoansUSA.com expressly disclaims any warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of title, non-infringement, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Get-LoansUSA.com will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with use of the Website or Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Get-LoansUSA.com does not endorse or recommend any particular lender and is not an agent of you or any participating lender.

Governing Law & Arbitration

These Terms are governed by applicable federal law and the laws of the State of California. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis. You waive any right to participate in class action proceedings.

Changes to Terms

Get-LoansUSA.com reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on the Website with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Repayment Terms

The lenders on our network offer flexible repayment terms in multiple installments. You may pay off your loan early without a penalty. Our lenders give you as much as 72 months to repay your loan.

  • Application Fee: None
  • Payment Frequency: Once or twice a month
  • Prepayment Penalty: None
  • Maximum APR: 4.99% – 35.99% (varies by state)

  • Borrow 0,000 over 60 months at 3.1% APR with 0 in fees: representative rate 3.3% APR, monthly repayments of 80.80, total paid 0,848.
  • Borrow 0,000 over 36 months at 5.32% APR with 00 in fees: representative rate 5.99% APR, monthly repayments of 02, total paid 0,872.
  • Borrow 0,000 over 60 months at 7.69% APR with 00 in fees: representative rate 9.88% APR, monthly repayments of 01.28, total paid 2,076.80.

APR Disclosure. Some states have laws limiting the APR that a lender can charge you. APRs range from 4.99% to 35.99%, or to the discretion of the lender, and vary by lender. Loans from a state that has no limiting laws or loans from a bank not governed by state laws may have an even higher APR. The Annual Percentage Rate is the rate at which your loan accrues interest and is based upon the amount, cost and term of your loan, repayment amounts and timing of payments. Lenders are legally required to show you the APR and other terms of your loan before you execute a loan agreement.

Material Disclosure. The operator of this website is not a lender, loan broker or agent for any lender or loan broker. We are an advertising referral service to qualified participating lenders that may be able to provide amounts between 00 and 5,000. The registration information submitted by you on this website will be shared with one or more participating lenders. You are under no obligation to use our service to initiate contact with a lender, apply for credit or any loan product, or accept a loan from a participating lender. Loan transfer times and repayment terms vary between lenders. Repayment terms may be regulated by state and local laws. Some faxing may be required. Independent, participating lenders that you may be matched with may perform credit checks with credit reporting bureaus or obtain consumer reports, typically through alternative providers to determine credit worthiness, credit standing and/or credit capacity. By submitting your information, you agree to allow participating lenders to verify your information and check your credit. Consider seeking professional advice regarding your financial needs. Late payments of loans may result in additional fees or collection activities, or both. Each lender has their own terms and conditions — please review their policies for further information. Nonpayment of credit could result in collection activities. Every lender has its own renewal policy, which may differ from lender to lender. Please review your lender's renewal policy.

If you accept your rate and proceed with your application, we do another (hard) credit inquiry that will impact your credit score.
